Varsity Tide Quality Guarantee

We want you to feel confident ordering from Varsity Tide. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Vssportythreadsllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with any tags or original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email Vssportythreadsllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Varsity Tide or our fulfillment partner. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard returns: digital downloads or digital products once delivered or accessed; gift cards; personalized, customized, or made-to-order items; items marked final sale; and items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day window. If a personalized or custom item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us under our Quality Guarantee above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us first. When an exchange is available, we will provide instructions. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.
